Terms and Conditions :

1. Test Charges are to be paid in advance through Local Bank Pay Order/ Cheque of Demand Draft drawn in favour of " RITES Ltd." Payable at Calcutta.
2. All test jobs are to be accompanied by Test Requisition indicating clearly the requirements without any ambiguity.
3. Urgent and Priority jobs are also undertaken at special rates applicable on day of testing.
4. est jobs / samples forwarded through Inspecting Engineer are accepted only if their seals are found intact at the time of receiving of the job / samples.
5. Test Reports are normally made available from the Report Delivery Section to the authorized representative of the client on any working day from 14.00 hrs. to 18.30 hrs.
6.  For collection of Test Reports, the authorized represen­tative  is  required  to  produce  the  copy of the acknowledgement slip at the counter to take test reports.
7. Enquiries pertaining to Lab. testing may be referred to DGM / Lab / Quality Manager on any working day from 14.00 hrs. to 16.30 hrs.
